Understanding Gantt chart formats

- [Narrator] Within Project Online, administrators sometimes need to create gantt chart views for their users to be able to see them independent from the Microsoft Project client. To do that, we can go to the project center, by clicking on projects. And in here, you can see that I have a list of projects, however, my gantt chart formats are not showing up by default. So I'm going to select the project ribbon and add in the check box for the gantt charts. So here I can see the bar styles that are associated with each and every project, and I can see by this that this is a progress bar up to that particular point on this project. Now you may want to modify these gantt chart formats for either a project summary view or as you drill into a different project views that show up for those users.
