Managing licenses and channels

- [Instructor] When wanting to use Project Online, it's important to understand the licensing options and what that might mean for each user. I brought up a page called the compare project management solutions at the Microsoft site. Here I can see Project Essentials license. This one is for the users that will be working in the browser updating task assignments and viewing schedules, but not creating them. The Project Professional license is for users that will be creating and managing projects that includes the desktop Microsoft Project Client. The Project Premium license is for users that have to administer the PWA application and want to use the portfolio analysis and demand management portions of the app. Once these licenses have been purchased, they will be displayed in your admin panel under billing and subscriptions.
