- [Narrator] Instead of adding individual users to your Project Online environment, you may want to use your active directory and sync that group with an active directory group. I'm going to select my contractors group here, and on the contractors group in the edit group option, I can put in the active directory group that I would like that synced with this. So I've created a group in active directory called contractors, and I've typed in that, so it comes up as contractor members. I want to save that, so now on this next sync of active directory, I could bring in all the users into that group. Now, you may want to sync this option directly as soon as you complete it. To do that, you can select that particular group and select active directory group sync options. On the active directory group sync options, you can enable a scheduled synchronization or you can automatically reactivate currently inactive users if they're found in your active directory during the sync.
