- [Instructor] With any data it's important to understand the joins and use those joins to maximize our reporting options. Since the data we have is coming from our Project Online relational database, we can understand those relationships and how Project has automatically detected those to display the information. We're on the report option on the left-hand side. You can also look at it from a data perspective, or in our case we want to look at the actual model between the tables. Here we can see we have assignments, one assignment to many assignment time phase data records. You can also manage this relationship by using the home ribbon and selecting manage relationships. On the manage relationships dialog box you'll see that it's the default relationship between the two tables that has been initially assigned. You can select the edit button and see what fields those are actually assigned for or adjust them if necessary.…
