- [Instructor] In this session, we'll create another measure using the quick measure option. We'll do that by going to our home tool ribbon and select new quick measure. Here we can set the calculation that we want to have occur, so we'll use a running total again, and we'll put in a field, in this case we're going to count the number of resources in our resource pool, so we'll find the assignments, resource name column and we'll put that in the base value, and again this time we'll select the distinct since we want to get only the distinct resource names. So we'll select count distinct, and we'll add our resource name column into the field, and we'll leave it as ascending, and we'll press OK. Now this time the DAX expression was created by the system, so it calculated the distinct assignments of resource names, and it's filtered it for all assignments or all resources.
