- Occasionally you or someone on your scrum team will be approached by a non-team member and asked what your team is working on. As a scrum master, you're completely absorbed with all the work your team is doing, so it can be surprising that not everyone is in the know. When this happens, it's a sign that you need to further advertise or create transparency for the rest of the organization. Here are a few ideas for approaches you can take to improve the accessibility and understanding of what your team is working on. First, validate with your product owner the invitation list to the team sprint review. It's a great idea to review this list every couple of months. If you're working on a long project, it's common for your stakeholder list to shift once in a while as your team works on different features.
