What you should know
- This course is for anyone who's preparing to take the Certified Scrum Master, or CSM, exam. You may have already learned that there are multiple organizations that offer this credential. You can take this certification through whichever organization you'd like. The content for all exams is generally the same, so this course will prepare you for any exam you choose. Preparation for the CSM includes the foundation of Agile values and principles. It also includes the fundamental values and practices of the Scrum framework. At this point, you should have a good understanding of Agile in Scrum. I recommend checking out the Agile at Work series and my course on Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile, as great starting points.
