What is MoSCoW?

- MoSCoW prioritization is a technique used by projects to identify which requirements have more value than others. This technique is widely used in Agile project environments, where time, cost, and quality are fixed. And therefore, it's important to understand which requirements take priority and which can potentially be left out. So, MoSCoW stands for: Must Have, these are the requirements that are considered to be so fundamental. Without these, the project would simply not be worth delivering, or maybe the project would not even be legal or safe without these requirements. Imagine you're building a website to sell your products, and one requirement is for customers to make secure online payments. If this requirement is not met, the website would pretty much be pointless and have no value at all.
