- Any time you put a group of people together, it's possible that they just won't get along. If you're lucky enough to have a say in which people become members of your team, be sure to take team fit into account. What I mean by that is it's important not just to assess someone's technical ability to do the work on your team, it's equally important to take into account their ability to work well with others. And that means you're looking for people who are flexible enough to offer opinions and receive idea from others. Additionally, you need people that can admit when they need help and area willing to help others. Most of the time, you don't have much say in who joins your team. When that happens, it's up to you as the scrum master to resolve the issues so the team can move toward high performance. But how do you do that?
