Tips for writing user stories

- Writing user stories is not as easy as it seems. So in this video, we'll have a look at some tips on how to write great user stories. So the first thing to remember is the three C's: conversation, which means involving the right people in the discussion about the requirements. Remember, conversation is king. Card, which suggests capturing the requirements. This may be on a card, but it could also take other formats. And the confirmation which provides assurance that the requirement has been tested to meet criteria specified. So next, well-formed stories also meet the criteria of the INVEST acronym. Ideally, user stories should be independent, not combined, overlapping, or conflicting with other user stories. It must be possible to develop the user stories in any sequence. Keep them flexible so the team can negotiate how much of the story to implement.
