Tailor integration management

- As a project manager, there are things you can delegate, and there are things you can't. Integration management is one of the things only you can do. By their very nature, projects are unique. Depending on the circumstances, you'll need to adjust, AKA tailor, how you integrate them. When you tailor a project, you're looking for the optimal combination of processes, inputs, tools, techniques, outputs, and lifecycle phases so you can plan, execute, monitor and control, as well as close your project. Also, you'll want to apply the appropriate methodologies to your project and make them your own. It's best to collaborate with your team and other stakeholders to determine the best way to tailor them. Tailoring requires you to answer questions such as, what industry am I am, how big is my project, how complex is my project, what methodology will I use?
