Sprint retrospective

- The retrospective, retro for short, is the last event in the sprint. All other sprint events have been focused on the product and building the product increment. In contrast, this event is focused on the Scrum Team and their practices. I have included a guide for you in the exercise files to help you prepare for your sprint retros. The outcome of the retro is a plan the Scrum Team creates for improvements they intend to make in the next sprint. In order to create this list, the team needs to closely inspect and adapt how things went. When teams first come together, it can be a challenge to help them deeply inspect the sprint. As a Scrum Master, it's helpful for you to bring in ideas to help trigger their thoughts. Some areas of focus for the team could include how they worked as a team, the health of the relationships among team members, the collaboration displayed by team members, and how the processes and tools are working for the team.
