Sprint planning
- If the sprint itself is the heart of Scrum, then sprint planning is the lifeblood of the sprint. I realize this is a bold statement, but consider this. In sprint planning, the product vision and backlog are transformed into an actionable plan for the delivery of a product increment. As a Scrum master, it's your job to ensure that this happens every sprint with the right people and within the correct time box. Further, you help facilitate the discussion and remove any impediments. There are defined goals and objectives for sprint planning.
