- We made it through Phase Four together. The final phase of your PMO setup. But know that this phase never really ends. Because it's all about the continuous improvement of your PMO. In this phase, the focus is on evaluating and reporting the performance of your PMO, looking for more ways to be of service, and then continuing to grow, and add value to your organization. Through all the phases of your PMO setup you might have noticed that your change has always been a constant. It's always been there. For this last phase, the most important thing you want to focus on is managing the constantly changing expectations and perceptions of your PMO. If things are going well, your stakeholders will expect more from you and even if they are not going well, they'll expect more from you. Either way, they'll keep expecting.
