Phase 3: Change management
So you've completed phase three and your PMO is launched. Now you need to revisit changed management. You know, the art and science of getting people to buy into the changes you're making. This is more critical now than ever. Phase three was all about building your PMO structure. Think of it as finalizing the props: your pilot, kind of like a dress rehearsal, and the actual rollout of your PMO, the grand premier. Your change management focus on phase three was on instilling change within your organization and making it stick. While building your PMO structure, esteem, processes, and tools you continue to engage your stakeholders. You asked them for their inputs on how the existing processes could be improved.
