- [Instructor] Welcome to the second phase of setting up your PMO. Which is all about identifying its future state. You've already understood the major challenges of your organization, and have a very good idea of why a PMO is really needed. Now, we're going to take all this information and shift gears from listening and coasting to doing and leading. As a PMO leader, you should now focus on carving out the future state of the PMO. Appreciating the gap between the current and future states and drafting the road map that will lead you there. Are you ready? Let's do this. First, prioritize all the challenges that you heard in your conversations with the stakeholders. What was heard the most? Which might have the most impact?
