- Being an agile business analyst and working on requirements on an agile project is an adventure, it's an adventure that is both rewarding and challenging. Agile projects need business analysis and requirements analysis more than ever, and it does require us to have a different mindset and approach, while using our analysis skills we've always relied on. There are many great industry resources for those who want to advance their agile analysis skills. One place to start may be the Agile Alliance and the IIBA, who have partnered to create the Agile Extension to the BABOK. It provides a deep look at what agile business analysis is and how the BA role is impacted. Also, there are several other courses on this learning platform that can help you with agile analysis skills. This field is changing dramatically, stay relevant by using these resources to keep pace. There are always new techniques to learn or new ways to apply old techniques, and no matter where you are in your career, keep learning.
