Join Haydn Thomas for an in-depth discussion in this video Next steps, part of Business Analysis: Business Benefits Realization.
- Now that you have the knowledge on how to structure, create, and document business benefits, it's now time to turn that knowledge into ability. There are a number of roles that contribute to the analysis, selection, planning, creation, testing, implementing and transitioning organizations in change to achieving benefits realization. Regardless of which role you perform, working in alignment and harmony is key to the delivery in realizing business benefits.
There are a number of courses in the library that you may wish to review to continue developing your capabilities. Courses surrounding project management, change management, business analysis, business process modeling, and courageous leadership will hold you in great stead. Feel free to follow me, or my company Mindavation, on LinkedIn as well. I wish you well in achieving your business benefits realizations and leave you with a great mantra from a mentor of mine.
"Good, better, best, never let it rest "until the good is better and your better is best."
