- Artificial Intelligence, aka AI, is a game changer. Imagine, one day humans will be working side by side with AI powered robots. That day could be here sooner than you think. According to a recent Project Management Institute PMI study, 91% of organizations are being impacted by disruptive technologies. The study went on to state that 60% of innovators say AI gives their organization a competitive advantage. It won't be long before the disruptive forces of AI bear down on the project management profession. Today, machines are able to analyze larger data sets and adapt faster than humans could ever imagine. This is downsizing projects by reducing scope. Shortening schedules.
