Handle changes
- [Instructor] Changes are a fact of life in projects, so you better be prepared for them and have a plan for managing them. Changes people ask for might seem small, but enough of them can add up and sink your project. Before you can manage changes, you have to be able to recognize one when you see it. When you get approval for your project plan, you save it along with the documents you created; requirements, specifications, deliverables, and so on. Comparing a request to these documents are how you can tell if someone is asking for a change. A change request might be to move a wall by four feet to make more room for computer equipment. But a change could be something added to the plan that wasn't there before. For example, one of the employees asks for a business application that wasn't specified in the original list.
