- In an ideal agile world, your team would be able to handle everything that the product needs. The ideal agile world doesn't exist in most places, so you'll need to be ready to face the challenges that come with needing other teams to contribute to your project. For example, I once worked with a team at an insurance company. The project was to build a new platform so the company could produce an electronic summary of benefits and coverage.
