Welcome to phase three of setting up your PMO, the PMO rollout. This is where the rubber meets the road and where things get super exciting. In the previous two phases, we identified what business challenges your organization is facing, and how the PMO will help. Now we need to build a structure, the magical trifecta of people, process, and tools to bring all facets of the PMO to life. In this video, we will focus on the most important piece of the trifecta, people. In a PMO its people are its leadership and its own personnel, which typically includes portfolio and project managers, coordinators, and business analysts. They need to be nimble and strategic thinkers who are aligned with your PMO's vision. They need to be comfortable in chaos and confident in executive presence.
