Using the exercise files

If you are a Premium member of the lynda.com Online Training Library, or if you're watching this tutorial on a DVD-ROM, you have the access to the exercise files used throughout this course. The exercise files are named after the titles of each movie, and inside the folder for each movie, you'll find Pro Tools session files. You also find audio files that relate to those session files. At the bottom of this list, you'll find two folders that contain essential files that relate to all of the sessions we use. You need to install these folders for all of your sessions to work, and you shouldn't go hunting around in these folders or taking any files out unless you're directed to, in a movie.

If you don't have access to the exercise files, you can follow along from scratch or with your own assets. Let's get started!
