The Selector and Grabber tools are probably going to your most used edit tools…for editing, manipulating and playing back track material in Pro Tools.…Just click the Selector button or press F7 button to activate the Selector tool,…then you can move the Selector tool to any point in the track and just click…once and Pro Tools will begin playback when you press the spacebar.…(Music Playing)…Obviously, with the Selector tool you can select an area to play.…So if I click and drag, we've selected this area and that's the part that…will playback.…
Similarly, if I click once, press Shift and click again, this area is selected.…If you double-click on a clip it'll highlight the entire clip.…And if you triple click on a track, it'll select all of the material on…the entire track.…Let's move on the Grabber tool, go up here, choose the Grabber tool.…And the Grabber tool actually comes in three different flavors.…The Time Grabber, Separation Grabber and Object Grabber.…If we right-click this, you'll see all three of these.…
