Keeping your talkback on track

Keeping your talkback on track: Real Recording School Weekly
Keeping your talkback on track: Real Recording School Weekly

Ensure your communication with artists while recording is always on track and positive, especially when using a talkback system in a studio. In a typical studio setting, communicating over headphones is a way for the engineer or producer in the control room to communicate to the musician or musicians in the live room. Every time you press the talkback button, and open up the mic in the control room, you need to be highly aware of what the person in the other room wearing headphones is hearing.
