- Have you ever had issues with amp buzz and hiss and other background noises that kind of come to the foreground more when you're at the very end of a song. It's pretty frequent that guitar amps will have some buzz. While they're playing against drums and stuff, the hum and buzz, we don't hear that. Then, as the song starts to fade out, you hear that "zzzz" sound coming through. It can be kind of distracting. You'll notice in a full mix, it will kind of work like this. (prominent drumming with guitar) - Notice, if I solo it, at the end there (guitar solo) - How much more prominent the kind of, background, constant buzz of the electric guitar we're hearing. So I've got this one really great, I love this trick. It's so simple. And I'll show it to you right now. I'll highlight this region. What I'm looking for is a spot where the fundamental sound is kind of getting overtaken. (guitar solo) - You don't hear the buzz much up there, right. So, you highlight from here to here. We'll open…
