Building my temp sound design
- [Instructor] So let's look at the sound design that I made on my own before I sent it out to the professionals. Now I did this on my own so that I could kind of get a sense of what the scene was shaping up to be. And also, I kind of wanted to explore what I might want. A lot of times I would put a certain sound effect in, and it wouldn't have the impact that I assumed that it would have. And so when I exported this to my sound designers, the pros, I wanted them to really understand where I was coming from, and also what worked and what didn't, and all of that. So assembling this on my own was a great exercise. Now, let me show you the layers here, the audio layers I was working with. The video layers, you know, there's just a few of them, but the audio layers, there's a lot going on here. So, I had two different tracks that were just the voiceover.
