- [Instructor] We will create some UDFs which we will populate using a global change. To do so, you need to select Enterprise, then User Defined Fields. This will open up the User Defined Fields form. Now, you want to select Activities in the drop-down. And you can create these User Defined Fields below. As you can see, I've created three of them, for the Last Period AC Duration, Last Period Finish, and the Last Period Start. As well as the Data Type, that's going Number, Finish Date, and Start Date. Once you've created these User Defined Fields, you can close form, and display them on your screen, using the columns. You will also need to group by WBS, so as to see the results. Now, let's see how this looks, with a global change.
