Group and sort
- [Instructor] To manipulate and display activities to suit project reporting requirements, you can do so using the group and sort feature. To access this, I'm going to right click in the table area and select group and sort. Here, you will see that you have many options available to you. In the case of this project, I will actually like to sort by the resources. When selected, I'm going to hit apply so as to to keep the form but see the changes made in the table behind. You can see here that I'm actually allocating two activities to the author, one to both the author and content producer, and two other activities have no resources but that's because they are milestones. Now I'm going to go ahead and change it back to the WBS by searching for WBS, selecting it. I'm going to hit apply. You can see the change is made again. As for the sorting option, I'm going to select the sort icon to the right side of the screen. You will see here that it's actually sorted by the activity ID. Let's…
