Prezi offers three levels of privacy settings, giving you fine-grain control over who can access your Prezi, and whether they can edit them or just view them. This video demonstrates and discusses the various options that are available with each of the three privacy level settings.
- [Instructor] In this last chapter, we're going to look…at a couple of ways to share your prezi…and to make it available for others to view,…starting with a command found here…under the Share menu.…In here, let's select Share prezi.…This Share feature is great when…you have a prezi that you don't need…to be there to manually step through,…and can instead let others navigate on their own.…Now there are a couple of options here…to help you determine who can and can't access your prezi.…First of all, you have the privacy slider here.…If you're using a free account,…your privacy setting is going to be locked to Public,…meaning anyone can stumble across it…by searching on prezi.com/explore.…
They can view its contents and navigate around it,…and it may also show up as result…when people search Prezi through Google.…If you have a paid account, you can change…the privacy setting to Hidden or Private.…But if you don't mind others seeing…your presentation, you can leave it as Public.…You can also directly share the address…
