(music playing) Peter Falt: What happens naturally though I have observed is you do have best practice, and it's like every time in sports a Jordan or a Woods hits a benchmark, all the kids are Michael Jordan on the playground. That's what they can aspire to, because someone has broken through that threshold. We know that. It's no different in design. So what happens is when you see a person out there in lead doing things that's a unique style on to themselves in creating this level of excellence, naturally people are going to want to gravitate towards it. Because they see that it's more efficient or more expressive. So that's this continual thing that's happening. What you can't say is and again can't constrain it, you can't say you have to use these tools. You have to do it like this.
