- [Instructor] Now, let's work a little bit with music and sound effects. You will see that the options that are presented to us when choosing this type of audio are quite different than the options that we saw before. Go ahead and open Sequence 5.4, Working With Music and Sound Effects. Select the first clip, and just play it a little bit. (guitar music) You can see that the audio is peaking somewhere at around minus 3, with some of the peaks going quite a bit higher, almost to zero. Go ahead and select Music from the Audio Type in the Essential Sound panel. Now, click on Auto Match under the Loudness. You can clearly see that even though we didn't have several clips selected, it still lowered the volume of this particular clip. Go ahead and play it now. (quiet guitar music) You can see that it is considerably lower. Now, you can see in here that there is a drop-down menu that has some presets. We can balance this to background music.
