Join Luisa Winters for an in-depth discussion in this video Using the exercise files, part of Premiere Pro Guru: Audio Finishing Techniques.
- If you have access to the exercise files that I used in this title, please go ahead and download them. After you do so, if needed, unzip them. You will have then a folder named Exercise Files. You can put this folder wherever you need in your system but I will place mine on the Desktop. If you open the folder, let's go ahead and do that, you will see that there are some folders in there including one with the Premiere Pro project. If you double click that and open it up, you're going to open the Premiere project that we're going to use throughout this whole title. If you go back one level you will see that the other folders contain the media that we're going to be using in that Premiere Pro project. Let's go ahead and open the Premiere Pro project. Simply double click it. Again, this is the Premiere Pro project that we're going to use throughout this whole title. Please keep in mind that the files that are used in here are not original media. These files are highly compressed so that your download times are short. Also, these files are provided for practice and learning purposes only. So please don't use them for any other purpose. If you need to open a sequence I will mention it by name and number. and you can go to that particular folder and project. So for example I would say open sequence from Chapter Two say 2.1 Switching Track and Clip Levels. All you have to do is double click that and there you go. That particular sequence is going to open in the timeline. Okay, I think that's it. Let's get started.
