Using After Effects and Dynamic Link in Productions

- [Tutor] You can use dynamic link in productions, just like you use it with any other project. Productions retain the full use of dynamic link. Let's go ahead and try it. Open the production that is included with your exercise files. From the folder, 01 working projects, open the first pass project. In here, we can right click the second clip, and choose replace with After Effects composition. This is going to open After Effects, and it's going to put this clip into that After Effects composition. When After Effects opens, it's going to ask you where to save this After Effects project. Please don't put it in the production folder, instead, we can put it into the folder that contains all of the other clips. For that, I'm going to add a new folder. Let's call it After Effects projects or AE projects. And in here, let's call it, Old Glory. Click on Save, and there is our After Effects project. Let's add some text.…
