Understanding clip names and labels
- Now let's discuss label colors. When we place a clip in a sequence, it will have the label color that the master clip has From there on, the label color of the clips is independent from each other. If you haven't done so, please open the production included with your exercise files. From here, navigate to the folder named 03 working project and open the one called first pass. If the sequence hasn't opened, go ahead and double click the sequence named drone master from the project panel. Let's navigate to the fourth clip here named 04 ascend and let's change the label color. Right click it, label. And I'll change it to a mango. Now let's go ahead and open the project called all video clips. From here, let's drag the same clip onto the same timeline. it is 04 ascend, and there you have it. The same clip comes with the original label color. Let's go ahead and delete that. Now make a copy of that mango-labeled clip.…
