Stabilizing footage with the Warp Stabilizer

- After Effects offers some very powerful stabilization tools. Stabilization allows you to essentially remove some of the shakiness in a camera. Perhaps the camera was handheld, or it was on a moving platform that was bumping or vibrating. Fortunately, you can pull a lot of this out. Let's start here and take a look at a few stabilization examples. We'll begin with a simple one here. When I play this shot, you'll notice that there's definitely some bumps in movement. That's because there was not a tripod here. The camera operator, me in this case, was attempting to stand still while shooting in Amsterdam. However, as you take a look here, it's not as steady as I would like. Well, easy enough, we can select the shot, and from the Window menu, I'll bring up the Tracker options, and you'll see Warp Stabilizer. And when you click, it applies the effect.
