- Sometimes a shot doesn't time out exactly right, and to fix it, there are a couple of different ways to tackle the problem. Let me show you how I can use Premiere Pro to adjust the speed of a shot. I'll also show you a new addition under Premiere Pro 2015 that might come in handy. Here's an example of the End tag. You'll see what happens is that an animated logo comes up and matches the slow pan across. Well, a couple things happened here. First up, this shot is nested. If you double-click here, you can step inside and see the original clip. This is because this original shot was stabilized, and we did that through nesting for two reasons. We shot 1920 by 1080, but the client decided to deliver at 1280 by 720. Now, those are two different flavors of HD, but in order to stabilize a shot your sequence settings need to match.
