Reversing footage

- When working with footage you might realize that you want to change its direction. For example sometimes its easier to do something in reverse instead of trying to do a snap zoom to the top of a flagpole start zoomed in and then pull out. Or maybe you're trying to do a special effect where it looks like somebody did an impossible catch. Well, they can start by holding the ball and then throw it away and it's going to look like they made the perfect catch. All visual trickery that's easy to do. Let me show you how to reverse a shot. We'll do it in both After Effects and Premier. In After Effects it's pretty simple to reverse a shot. I've already loaded the clip in here and you'll see that it's in its own comp. Under the stretch factor you can simply click and tell it to change the stretch factor. So for example I'll tell this to stretch negative 100%.
