…I want to take a look at each of the default workspaces,…starting with Metalogging, which happens to be one of my favorites.…I'm starting here in the default editing workspace, which is…how the interface will look when you first open the program.…Up under Window > Workspaces.…There I see all of my defaults, and I want to start with Metalogging.…You can see that they're an alphabetical list, but from a process point…of view, Metalogging is the default…workspace that you would generally use first.…The meaning of that workspace, metalogging, is meta as in metadata.…
And logging, which is logging your footage…to add annotation, and of course, metadata.…So, here, we see the new layout that comes with metalogging.…Of note is that our Project panel is really…prominent now, covering the whole top of the interface.…That means we have a lot of room to use these…columns, and just fill in metadata that we use when we're logging.…Over to the right is the detailed Metadata panel, and that's where…we can really get deep in metadata with each and every clip.…
