Managing title versions

One challenge in Premiere Pro is in managing title versions. And it's a bit of an issue, partly because when you save a title, it's actually stored inside the project file, rather than as a file separately on your hard drive. Somehow, having it separate on the hard drive makes it easier to get your head around and remain in control of the different versions. There are some improvements in this area, though. And it is straightforward when you know one particular button. So, I'm going to open this title and I'm going to, let's say make a modified version. And I want it to be a separate item in my bin. Well, one way you might consider doing this is to right click, and then maybe duplicate. And then you go in here and I'll make a very subtle adjustment. There we go. Move the text over. And then I go back into the original and it's separate. And I've now got two versions of my title. Great. That workflow is absolutely fine. I'm just going to undo and undo to get rid of the copy.
