When you add effects to a clip, one of the next steps to do with those effects is to animate them. Like in Final Cut Pro 7, you can animate your effects in Adobe Premiere Pro. How does it work? In this video, author Jeff Greenberg walks you through how to keyframe effects in the Effects panel and how to save effects in Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
- Keyframing in Premiere Pro inherits a lot of…its abilities from After Effects.…Let's take a look how.…So on this clip, I'm going to just select it,…and hit a Shift + 5 to bring up my Effect editor.…Everything on the right here, this is my keyframe area,…so I'm just going to make it a little bit wider.…And I'll move this a little bit to the left…so I've got some more keyframe area.…And I'm just going to do a simple push in on this clip.…I'm going to add a keyframe for it here, at Scale.…I hit the stopwatch, just like After Effects,…and now every further change I do…will automatically add a keyframe.…
I'm going to move forward in time,…and I'm going to scale this up.…I can get it to about 130% before it degrades.…So we'll just click and type in 130, Enter key.…We've got these arrows here to go to…the previous and next keyframe.…We can add additional keyframes if we want manually here,…and I'd like you to see, if you want to,…you can roll open to see the velocity of that directly,…just like you could in After Effects.…
