Importing and creating proxies for 360 clips in Premiere Pro
- In this chapter, we're going to take a look at how we can work with 360 clips in Premier Pro. 360 clips can be extremely large in size picture having hours and hours of 360 4K footage and having to edit it. You would need a really fast computer to have an optimal experience. That's why when importing 360 clips inside Premier we can take advantage of the option to create proxies. Proxies or approximations will allow us to work with smaller files through the majority of our edit and once we're ready to connect to the original files for export or fex work, we can do so with the toggle of a button. Let's see how the process works. So if you have access to the exercise files you'd be given a Premier Pro project called 360 In Premier Pro. You can double click to open that in Premier. Currently I have my chapter three underscore four sequence opened up, but we're not working in it right now it's just so I have something up for you guys to look at. So there are some 360 clips and footage…
