Frequently asked questions about Premiere Pro, how can I submit a bug report or feature request about Premiere Pro? The best way is to go to Help > Adobe Premiere Pro Help and just search for bug report. This does a search in the Adobe Community Help Search. And at the top of the search results, you can see a link to the feature request and bug report form. Now, many people assume that if they fill out this form, their feedback simply goes into the void, that no one actually reads it.
I can assure you that members of the Premiere Pro team actually do read both the feature requests and the bug reports that come in. We choose Premiere Pro as the product. Fill out your name, email address, specify whether it's a feature request or a bug report. If it's a bug report, it's very important to that you enter the product version, such as CS5.5. As well as operating system and especially detailed information, the more detail, the better.
For a feature request, you again, specify the product and the version, and again in detail, what exactly you would like to see. The more detail the better, don't just tell us what you want, but tell us why and what you intend to do with it. We really do appreciate this sort of feedback.
