Female Speaker: Ah nice! There we go. Nice. All right! Good. Keep your shoulders stretched. Open up your chest. Good, look and turn. Good. Keep your shoulders back. Stay away from the jump. There you go. Female Speaker: Good! Good! All right, go all the away around. One, two. One, two. Good, look and turn. That's it. All Right! There we go. All Right! There you go. But in a jump-off, especially when you've got something like this that kind of automatically shapes your turn for you. You what I am saying? You can't totally slice through that. You can actually come in a little more and start your turn a little earlier. It's all about the time is in the turns. All right. It's almost never how fast you go, like how fast their legs are moving in a jump-off; it's almost always how quickly and balanced you can make the turns.
