- While Adobe Premiere Pro allows you to easily mix frame rates in one sequence, I do find it useful to jump into After Effects if I need to do an advanced conversion. After Effects has the ability to do morphing between frames, as well as frame blending. Now, you can do basic frame blending in Premiere, but for the best results, I would turn to After Effects. Let's open up sequence number two here, Frame Rate 24. In this case, we've got our sequence, and if I look at this clip, let's inspect it. I'll reveal this in the project, and I'll select the clip here, and chose to look at its Properties. I see that it's 24 frames per second, or more specifically, 23.976. Now, if I need to go to something to use in an on-air broadcast piece, that might not work, but we can get around this. Now, in this case, I've got the shot here, and what we're going to do is change the sequence setting.
