- When it comes time to really choose your workflow I think it's a good idea to run through several broad factors. Now these are going to be applied differently as technologies change and to different projects, but broadly here are some things that you want to consider when you're making a decision about a workflow. What is your shooting format? We've talked about this and whether you shoot something that is more prosumer or you shoot raw or you shoot log, that's definitely, definitely going to affect all of the choices that you make. What is your storage solution? And this both is the speed and the connection to the storage, but also is there shared storage at all? Are these videos traveling through networks to get to where they're going? And do those networks have requirements?
