Exporting the closed caption track

- Due to deliverables, clients, or timing, you may need to be able to pass off just the closed caption information itself. Premiere's got a couple formats to do it. I want you to see how to get it to send out just this information. So Premiere Pro itself exports the following formats, .scc, .mcc, .xml, .stl, and .srt. Remember if you're working with Open Caption, there is no separate piece here. It's going to end up getting burnt in. So what I need from this specific sequence is just that closed caption information to come out. Instead of selecting the captions on the timeline, you actually have to select the closed caption file itself. I'm gonna go ahead in here and search for .scc. That's that closed caption track right there. And with it selected, I'm gonna go up to the File menu, choose Export, and choose Captions. When I do this it gives me my list of different file formats and we won't see all of the formats here. It's very much specific to what kind of captions we have. And…
