Editing 360 clips in the timeline

- Let's get a sense for how fluent it is to edit 360 clips in Final Cut Pro 10 that you can use either in the iMac Pro or Macbook Pro. In the last movie, we created a 360 project to work with. We chose some of the default settings that were available but noted that we could just drag any clips that were, in fact, 360 into a timeline and our project would take on the settings of that clip. So one thing to keep in mind is, if you follow along since the beginning, if we go to the view menu, we're currently still connected to our proxy material. But at any point in time, especially after the editing process where the majority of our rough edit is done, we may want to connect to the optimized material. And you can see here a little bit of a quality difference that's happened already. This would just allow us to work with our higher-end media clips for when we get to effects and transitions, which we will be doing in the next chapter.
