- [Maxim] Hi. I'm Maxim Jago. Welcome to EPK Editing Workflows 01: Ingest to Assembly Edit. This course is part of a six-part series that breaks down producing content for a music video EPK using Adobe Creative Cloud. Producing a professionally finished video can take weeks with several layers of revision. For this series, I'll show you the techniques you will use on a regular basis to produce this kind of work. In the final course, I'll show you a real-world example with the creative and technical decisions I made explained.
In this course, we'll be getting the media into the editing system, and staying organized. I'll start by showing you how to find your media and make informed selections, particularly when you're in a hurry. Next, we'll look at how to use the automated batch processing controls in Adobe Prelude to prepare your video and audio files for editing. Finally, we'll see how to create rough cuts using Prelude and Premiere Pro to give yourself a quick to start to editing or easily collaborate with non-editors.
Let's get started with EPK Editing Workflows 01: Ingest to Assembly Edit.
