- [Instructor] Sometimes as you work on a project, you may find it necessary to gather up your media, whether it's to back up materials or in this case, to collaborate with someone else. Let me walk you through how you can easily move media from one hard drive to another and make sure that nothing gets left behind. Inside your Premiere Pro project what you'll want to do is open up the project that you're working with. I would suggest that you check under the Windows menu and look at projects and make sure that you don't have multiple projects open. In this case, I do have a few projects open, so what I'm going to do is make sure to close things down and that I'm only working with one current project. I'll choose close all projects and then open up the one project I want to work with. This ensures that I'm only working with the current project. Now, from the file menu, I'll choose project manager.
